How to make Mango ice cream in home

This easy homemade mango ice cream without condensed milk is super creamy and yummy with a delicious zing from the mango which will leave you wanting more and more. Just like these types of mango ice cream you can buy at the shops. But shop bought will never be able to capture the flavor of real mango like when you make it from scratch at home very easily, this mango ice cream is so tempting which I have not used cream and condensed milk, it’s simply I have made it with few ingredients which is able easily at home.

It not only tastes good but has many health benefits too. Mangoes contain high level of vitamin C, fiber and pectin making it a perfect fruit that helps in controlling high cholesterol level. Another benefit of eating mangoes is that it cleanses your skin from deep inside your body.Hence, eat mangoes to get a flawless skin.

INGREDIENTS:-

  • Full cream milk-1/2 glass
  • All purpose flour-1tbsp
  • Water-little bit
  • Milk powder-1 big tbsp
  • Suger- 1/3 cup
  • Yellow food color-if you needed
  • Mangoes -2

Steps for made Mango ice cream

Steps-1

Mix 1tbsp of corn flour in some water, mix it well and keep aside

Steps-2

Take a saucepan, add 1/2 glass of full cream milk and bring milk to a boil on low flame for 15 min

Steps-3

Add 1 tbsp of milk powder, 1/3 cup of white sugar and yellow food color (if you needed)

Steps-4

Add flour mixture in to burned milk,stir well and dissolve the lump completely, stir the mixture on low flame until  it turns in to thick consistency as you required

Steps-5

When mixture become thick according to you, switch off the flame and keep it aside

Steps-6

Take 2 ripped mangoes, peel of the skin, chop them and coarsely mashed with hand whisk until it forms smooth without using water

Steps-7

Add further mango pure in mixture, mix it very well And refrigerator for 3 hours by poring in air tight container

Steps-7

After refrigerate the mixture, blend it again fow few seconds to getting creamy texture and dissolving water crystal

Steps-8

All the mixture pore in to air tight container again and refrigerate for a night

And finally delicious mango ice cream which have made it without cream and condensed milk is ready to eat, and you enjoy in summer time
